Glen Urquhart School is a pre-K through grade 8 private school located 30 miles north of Boston in Beverly Farms, MA.

Our Program
The GUS curriculum integrates academic skill development, experiential learning, and social-emotional understanding in a child-centered, challenging, yet joyful, environment. Our hands-on approach to education develops students who are curious, engaged, and determined to make the world a better place.
Pre-Kindergarten
In pre-K, children learn through play, exploration, and relationships – building curiosity, confidence, and a deep sense of belonging as they discover how learning works and who they are as learners.
Lower School: K - Grade 4
In the elementary years, students build a strong academic foundation through joyful, hands-on, inquiry-driven learning that encourages independence, creativity, and a love of learning.
Upper School: Grades 5-8
In middle school, students deepen their thinking and stretch their independence – engaging in challenging interdisciplinary learning that builds critical thinking, leadership, and a strong sense of purpose.
