What GUS can be.
A Community Campaign to strengthen the people, place, and program that define a Glen Urquhart School education.
Rooted in our Long-Range Plan, this campaign represents the next chapter of a school that has always evolved in response to the needs of children and the world they inherit. Through this campaign, the GUS Fund will provide sustained annual support, with focused investment in the following areas:
People
Investment in our community yields exponential return by strengthening culture and deepening connection.
Place
Through this campaign, we will enhance our campus to reflect the excellence of our program and elevate the experiences of our students.
Program
Distinguish and advance GUS’s teaching pedagogy.
For nearly fifty years, GUS has evolved to meet the needs of children in a changing world.
A progressive education demands continual growth. As young people change and the world shifts, so must we. These initiatives form the foundation for our next chapter and ensure that we continue to grow and inspire the next generation to do better.
This $3,000,000 campaign will
Transform spaces to reflect our mission
Broaden access and deepen belonging
Strengthen and sustain exceptional educators
Advance a distinctive pedagogy rooted in research and practice
Your Impact
Glen Urquhart School was founded in 1977 by parents who wanted something deliberately different. Who believed education could be joyful, rigorous, and deeply human. It has always been community-led and student-centered. Now, we are called to leave it stronger than we found it by stepping into a more purposeful and enduring culture of philanthropy—one rooted in confidence, shared responsibility, and long-term vision.
Together, we can shape the experience of every student who walks through our doors today, tomorrow, and for decades to come. Join us as we imagine what GUS can be.
