Continued Enrollment 2026-2027
Dear GUS Families,
As the new year unfolds, we find ourselves at a natural pause point — a moment to take stock of where we are and to begin thinking thoughtfully about what lies ahead. We hope the months to come feel steady, hopeful, and full of good energy for your family.
This is also the time when we begin planning for the coming school year. At Glen Urquhart School, continuous enrollment means you do not have to sign an enrollment agreement each year. If you anticipate returning, your enrollment deposit is due on March 5, 2026. If your plans are changing, the deadline to withdraw is March 3, 2026.
Finally, I want to thank you for being part of the GUS community. It is a privilege to know your children, to watch them grow in confidence and curiosity, and to share in their learning each day. We are grateful for the trust you place in us and for the partnership we share, and we look forward to the next school year with optimism and appreciation.

Key Enrollment Dates + Reminders
March 3, 2026: Deadline to submit a withdrawal form. If your family is considering leaving GUS for any reason, please contact Emily Glore, director of admission, to request a withdrawal form.
March 5, 2026: Enrollment deposit is due to secure your child(ren)’s spot for school year 2026-2027.
Tuition insurance is available to all families at a cost of 2.2% of total tuition. If you would like to change your election for school year 2026-2027, please reach out to fit@gus.org.
To access your enrollment agreement and submit your deposit, please log into GUS PlusPortals and navigate to the “forms/billing” tab. From there, you can access your deposit invoice in the “My Invoices” tab. If you are having trouble logging into your account, please reach out to Lauren Contreras lcontreras@gus.org.
