At GUS, we believe in asking questions to find solutions, and working together for the greater good.
Our school is built on a mission and philosophy that guides us to shape young people who will make the world a better place. Through their experiences at GUS, students learn to think critically, develop the skills to advocate for themselves and their fellow community members, to see and experience life beyond the boundaries of our campus, and develop a commitment to contribute to the greater good of society.

GUS NEWS
Upper School math teacher Bradley Cooke turned December math into pure magic with her student-run “Gingerbread Business” project. Seventh graders launched gingerbread businesses, set prices, calculated markups, and navigated real-world supply and demand—all while building (and eating!) their creations. A sweet and memorable way to bring financial literacy to life.
We are thrilled to announce the launch of our new podcast, now available to stream on Apple Podcasts and Spotify.
Angel Deschamps attended GUS from kindergarten through 8th grade, graduating in 2016. She went on to graduate from Beverly High School in 2020, and then from Roger Williams University, where she majored in art, in 2025.
