A Grandfriend's Reflection: Joan Rosenthal P '12, GP '33, '34, '36

Joan Rosenthal P’12, GP’33, ’34, ’36 first chose Glen Urquhart School for her son, Alex, drawn to its strong sense of community and its commitment to helping students understand that the world extends far beyond the classroom walls. Joan joined the Board of Trustees in 2010, serving through 2016. In 2022, as her grandchildren prepared to begin their GUS journeys in pre-K, she rejoined the Board, continuing her long-standing dedication to the school, its mission, and educational philosophy.
