The foundation of our new building is taking shape, and with it, new possibilities for the children who will learn here.
As we approach our fiftieth anniversary, I am reminded of the families who imagined a different kind of school and had the courage to build it. Their vision became the GUS we know and love today. Now it is our turn to imagine what comes next.
That spirit is at the heart of What GUS Can Be – our campaign to create learning spaces that reflect the joyful, hands-on education at the heart of GUS while strengthening the people and programs that bring those spaces to life.
Nearly $2 million in early commitments has helped us begin, and I am deeply grateful to everyone whose generosity has brought us to this moment. A new building is only part of what we can make possible together. Your gift can help us complete and thoughtfully equip The Commons learning spaces and admissions office, invest in the exceptional teachers who make learning meaningful, and help make a GUS education possible for more children across the North Shore.
