New Parent Portal + Fall Forms

This summer we transitioned to a new student database that will allow families to access all required forms, files, report cards, and a directory all in one place.

This will take the place of the old School Forms Online (SFO) and Family Access Module (FAM). All families will need to set up a new account to access their information, including required fall forms (Health Forms, Field Trip Forms and Band Forms for those in grades 5-8).

To-do so, please follow these instructions:

  1. Visit plusportals.com/gus.

  2. Click “Can’t access your account?” to reset your password.

  3. Enter your user name, which is your email address.

  4. Check your email for a system-automated message to “reset” your password. Follow the instructions to reset your password.

  5. Login to Plus Portals using your email as user name and your new password.

  6. Navigate to the “Forms” tab to view and submit all required forms for your child(ren). You can also view the school calendar and access the directory.
