School Photo Retake Day

Coffee Pond Photos will be at GUS on Thursday, November 6 for retake day.

If your child was an Absentee, they are already on the retake day list, but you can check in with (name) at the school to confirm this.
If your child was photographed on picture day and you would like additional photos, you have the opportunity for a retake for $10.
Please sign up no later than 2 days before (by 11/4/25) for your school’s scheduled retake day if you are interested in attending.

You can sign up easily by clicking on the retake link in the email you receive with your student’s gallery link and online code.

In your student’s picture email, there are 2 links and your student’s online code. The Retake link is located under your student’s online code in the initial email you receive.
After you have clicked on the retake link. The retake day sign up form will open, and you will need to fill in the information and use a credit card to pay the 10$ sign-up fee.
The emails were sent to families on 10/16/25. If you have deleted the email or do not see it in your inbox, please check your spam folder first, then reach out to coffee pond’s customer service department at lifeguards@coffeepond.com to request that your information be resent .

You can go to the main page tab called “Photo Retake date search” or you can use the link in your child’s individual portrait email with their online code as mentioned above.
When you click on “Photo Retake date search” it will open a new window, and you will need to identify your town & school to access the sign-up form.
