Carpool Plan – School Year 2026 – 2027

Welcome to a new school year! Things look a little different around campus, and we are excited about the improvements taking place. Thank you for your patience and flexibility as we work through construction this year.

To ensure a safe and efficient arrival and dismissal process, the main entrance at 74 Hart St. will be closed. All families should enter campus through the rear entrance at 206 Greenwood Ave.

Morning Drop-Off + Afternoon Pick-Up Procedures

  • All vehicles should enter through 206 Greenwood Ave. and join the single carpool line.

    • If you are approaching from Webster Ave., turn onto Greenwood Ave. and make a U-turn to join the carpool line. For everyone's safety, please do not cross Greenwood Ave. to enter the line.

  • One carpool line will serve both Upper and Lower School students for drop-off and pick-up.

  • During morning drop-off:

    • Faculty and staff will be outside to open car doors, greet students, and assist them out of their vehicles. Our youngest students will be escorted to their classrooms, while older students will be directed to their designated entrances.

    • Students should have their backpacks + belongings ready so that they can exit the vehicle promptly.

  • During afternoon pick-up:

    • Faculty and staff will bring students to their car and assist them into the vehicle.

    • PreK students will be picked up in front of the gym. Faculty and staff will direct PreK families to the designated loading area.

  • Remain in your vehicle while staff assist with unloading/loading and pull forward as directed. To keep drop-off and pick-up moving safely and efficiently, please do not park.

  • Once your student has been dropped off/picked up, pull into the interior lane to exit the parking lot.

Safety Reminders

  • Follow all directions from faculty and staff.

  • Drive slowly and remain alert for students and families.

  • Refrain from using cell phones while in the carpool line.

  • For the safety of everyone on campus, do not pass other vehicles in the carpool lane.

Thank you for partnering with us as we begin another wonderful school year. We know the new traffic pattern is an adjustment, and we truly appreciate your patience and cooperation. By working together, we can provide a safe, welcoming, and efficient arrival and dismissal experience for all of our students while construction is underway. We can't wait to welcome you back to campus!
